IRSM-41-97 PLATES are wearing resistance steel plates developed for adverse environments service. It is the most widely utilized plates in industrial and commercial sectors. It is an economical and versatile corrosion resistance grade for general applications. In addition to alloying elements enables to meet desired mechanical properties. These plates resist atmospheric corrosion in moderate oxidizing and reducing environments. It has excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion attacks.
It is an excellent strength and toughness plate option at cryogenic temperatures. These are available in both magnetic and non-magnetic state. In the result of welding and cold working process, its structure becomes more strong and tough. It has excellent resistance to atmospheric corrosion and many organic and inorganic chemicals. Plates provide excellent resistance to oxidizing solutions such as nitric acids. It performs well in more reducing environments that contain high levels of chlorides and halides. These are susceptible to pitting, crevice and stress corrosion cracking. IRSM-41-97 PLATES performs well in elevated temperatures without being damaged or deformed. These plates are drawn from hot or cold drawing process.

The reports are MTC report as per EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2, raw material test report, mill test report, quality assurance plan, heat treatment charts, NABL test report incorporate chemical composition, Commercial invoice, and guarantee letter.
