Description of grade

SA 516 GR.60N WITH NACE + HIC Tested Plates are high-performance carbon steel plates in addition to it include manganese, phosphorus and sulfur content. These plates are designed in conformance to NACE and HIC standards. Thus these plates are basically manufactured with boiler pressure vessel quality steel and offer superior weldability, ductility, and durability. The plates are convenient in low and moderate temperature range circumstances. Furthermore, it provides superior resistance consistency and reliability in hostile environments. The plates are applicable in welded pressure vessels where notch toughness is more essential.

Test certificates

In order to provide quality assurance of the product we supply approved test certificates to the buyers. These are MTC as per EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2, third-party inspection report, raw material test certificate 100% radiography test report, HIC, and NACE test certificates.

Documentations

The approved documents are attested with a product that specifies the information related to the product. These are like fumigation certificate, commercial invoice, heat treatment charts, and guarantee letter. Furthermore, documents are like Certificate origin by legalized manufactures/ embassy, mill test report, attested certificate by the supplier and NABL test reports.

Importance of packaging

After the production process, the product is ready for delivery. Before delivering the product we suitably packed the product by using supreme quality packaging material.
