The tests conducted by us are hydro testing, destructive/non-destructive test, mechanical properties testing, hardness test, tensile test, positive material identifications, micro, and macro test, chemical composition analysis, intergranular corrosion test, and flaring test.
Other tests are flattening test, ultrasonic test, radiography, pitting corrosion test and third-party inspection.
The tensile test examination is done on a sample taken from the crude materials or a lot of plates.
All s355jo plates supplied to the buyers are furnished with mtc report as per en 10204 3.1 or 3.2. This certificate data contains attested certificate by suppliers, specification guide, fumigation certificates, packing list like net and gross weight, quantity and marks and number, raw material test report nabl test report, and guarantee letter.
Other reports are certificate origin by legalized third parties, commercial invoice, mill test report, quality assurance plan, heat treatment charts, stamping details, incorporate chemical composition and hardness details after heat treatment.
